I was really impressed with the value for the price I paid; the room was impeccably clean and spacious.

The food for breakfast could use some milk options.

Everything was well-maintained, exceptional staff, ideal location right by the town centre and restuarants and shopping center and restaurants. Nice building and rooms with a queen size bed and a single bed.

the staff are fantastic friendly, managed the parking on-site. the apartment is well presented with electric jug provided, a reasonably comfortable queen bed, as for instance.

I had a surprisingly lovely stay! The rooms were clean, with a comfortable bed and a decent kitchenette. Staff were friendly, and the shower had fantastic pressure. It's an older place that could use some upgrades, but for the price, it's definitely a cozy choice. Would return!

Really enjoyed my pleasant stay for the two nights. Had good sleep at the queen room with a reasonably comfortable queen bed. It was beautifully presented and had a work desk, coffee/tea making machines, and a multi-channel television.

The location was handy for walking around Christ Church Cathedral. I liked that the hotel was 17 minutes drive from the airport. Had central heating, multi-channel TV and a refrigerator in my very good sized and brand-new room. It had a handy kitchenette available.

We recently stayed at the Grafton, and it turned out to be a pleasant experience. The location was convenient, and while the exterior seemed a bit outdated, we were delighted to find the rooms clean and comfortable. The beds were fantastic—definitely among the best we've encountered during our travels.

Everything is brand-new here, and I had a fantastic stay for two nights. the units are immaculate and include a toaster and electric jug. They also offer tea and coffee-making equipment, a fridge, and glassware. This hotel has a marvelous location, conveniently close to the bridge over the Clarence River, restaurants, and various dining options.

I stayed for a weekend getaway and couldn’t be happier with my choice. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to shops and restaurants. My room was impeccably clean with a well-designed layout that provided ample space and comfort. The amenities were a pleasant surprise, featuring high-quality Australian-made bath products. I had a great stay for two nights in a newly decorated twin room with a comfortable queen bed. the staff were outstandingly accommodating and resolved my issues seamlessly. the hotel's location is ideal, being very close to the center of town, the river, shops, and restaurants.

I requested a family room, and it was really well-kept to suit my needs. 😊.
